Munster Senior Hockey Final - 25 January 2023

Scoil Mhuire Junior School was bursting with excitement when our senior team made it to the final of the Munster Senior Hockey Cup.

Seven of the team are past pupils of the Junior School and so many of the Junior School girls know them. One of the team has a younger sister here and another her little cousin.

The match at Ashton was such an exciting occasion and wonderful for the Junior School girls to see the seniors playing such skillful hockey and winning so comprehensively.

Nobody could have cheered the team on more enthusiastically.
