S.T.E.M. at SMJS

STEM Club is an after-school activity that include Bug Hunts using Microscopes, creating Paper Circuit Cards with LED Lights, designing Marble Maze using recycled materials, making Parachutes with biodegradable materials, exploring Air Cannons, renewable energy, climate action and much more! Pupils get to make and take home something most days including their own SLIME!

STEM club is a hands-on approach to Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths. STEM club sparks creativity, critical thinking, communication, and collaboration amongst pupils. STEM club encourages innovation, passion, and fun!

STEM club is taught by Ms. Naoimh Riordan who specialises in STEM/STEAM education and is assisted by Ms. O’Leary.
