2nd Class and Sinterklass

Sinterklaas came all the way from the Netherlands to visit the girls in 2nd class this morning. He delivered a chocolate first name initial for each girl as this is a special Christmas tradition in Holland.

The girls were delighted as they were researching and comparing and contrasting Christmas traditions around the world and this experience really brought the Dutch tradition to life for them.
