Miss O’Donovan - b. 29 February 1924

Had Miss O’Donovan lived another few months, she would have turned 99 on Tuesday 28 February.

Her strong faith in God, her vision for the education of women and her dynamism were the founding of our school.

We celebrated the date of her birth with special activities in her honour and a small treat of popcorn for each child.
